Select a dog breed
First of all, it is important to list and choose the breed of your dog. Our offer includes a wide range of 36 dog breeds, so you only need to find and select yours.
Enter your pet’s name
After you have completed the previous step, you need to enter the name or cute nickname of your pet. Place the order and that is it – as simple as that!
Production process
Once we receive the information, we will find the corresponding dog model to help engrave your dog’s name. All our dog leash hooks are hand-carved and created with love and affection. For us, every order is unique and therefore we pay special attention to details in order to deliver truly authentic and personalised wooden gifts to our clients.
Delivery
Your order will be sent out within 2 – 5 work days once we confirm your payment. When receiving the package, please inspect it carefully and report to us if you notice any physical damage, that may have occurred during transportation, so that we can respond immediately and correct the error.
Installation
Assembling and installing new personalized holders is extremely simple. Your package will consist of a wooden board engraved with your pet’s name and application, as well as 2 double screw pads, 10 screws in total, a hook for hanging the board and a decorative tail that also serves as a hook for hanging the equipment.
All that is left to do is to secure the wall mounting with the provided tools in the previously marked places and hang the ornament on the desired location.
